Conveying this know-how is the goal of the Wacker Neuson Academy. Here we train our own employees and distributors and, through them, pass on our know-how to our customers. Our employees are professionally trained in order to ideally advise every customer individually in terms of products and services rendered.

Practical training sessions:

Here we communicate knowledge to our colleagues and distributors about our products and present new products as well as technical updates in detail. We do this so that our customers always benefit from the best-trained contact partners and receive the latest product information.

Service training sessions:

At the academy, we train our own service personnel as well as distributors in terms of maintenance, diagnostics and repair in order to guarantee our customers professional maintenance and to offer targeted and fast assistance in the event of problems.
