At our stand FN.916 at Bauma 2025, Wacker Neuson SE will enable visitors to take part in an Operator Challenge with a Wacker Neuson excavator and a Kramer wheel loader twice per day of the trade fair. Participants must be at least 18 years old and must not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. We reserve the right to check and copy an official photo ID for documentation purposes. 

Each participant agrees that photographs and film footage taken during the Operator Challenge may be made publicly accessible by the organizer for advertising purposes (e.g. on social media). Reference is made to the enclosed "Consent to use personal images", which must also be signed.

The number of participants is limited. The selection will be made at the reasonable discretion of the organizer/its representatives. Prizes will be handed out on site immediately afterwards. Cash payment is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Employees of the organizer may not participate. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt or completely terminate the Operator Challenges at any time without giving reasons and without prior notice.

As a participant in one of the Operator Challenges, I also declare the following: 

1. I participate at my own risk. I am aware of the general dangers and risks associated with driving construction machinery. I consciously accept these. I bear sole responsibility under civil and criminal law for all damage caused by me.

2. I have been instructed and informed about the operation of the construction machines and their technical features. 

3. I will only use the construction machinery (also) for my own safety in such a way that I have it under full control and take the greatest possible care. I will always behave in such a way that no one is harmed or endangered. I will wear protective equipment provided by the organizer. I fully acknowledge the authority of the organizer/its representatives and will always follow their instructions.

4. I hereby declare to the organizer, its affiliated companies, their bodies, employees, agents and other persons involved in the Operator Challenges (including spectators) that I waive all claims of any kind and on any legal grounds for damages incurred by me in connection with the Operator Challenges. This does not apply to liability of the aforementioned released group of persons for intent or gross negligence and their liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb and health due to a negligent breach of duty.
